Privacy Policy

No accounts, no custody

The Site has no sign-up, no email collection, no passwords, and never holds your funds. Your identity on the Site is your public wallet address — the same address that is already visible on the Polygon blockchain and on Polymarket's public APIs whenever you trade.

What we store, keyed by wallet address

To run specific features we store small records in a hosted database (Upstash Redis), keyed only by wallet address: referral codes and referral earnings, Bracket Challenge picks and scores, and trade-volume counters derived from Polymarket's public builder-trades API. No names, emails, IP logs, or device fingerprints are attached to these records.

What stays on your device

Your bet slip, Acca Ladder plan, badges, pinned team, and — if you enable one-tap trading — your trading session keylive in your browser's localStorage. The session key is generated from your own wallet signature and never leaves your device; you can revoke it on the Profile page.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics (page views, feature usage, trade attribution events) proxied through our own domain. We use this to improve the product and to audit our builder-fee revenue. We do not sell data to anyone.

Third parties you interact with

Placing trades sends orders to Polymarket; depositing routes through Relay; connecting a wallet uses your wallet provider (and WalletConnect's relay if you choose it); blockchain RPCs see the public transactions your wallet broadcasts. Each has its own privacy policy. Blockchain data is public and permanent by design — we cannot delete on-chain history.

Cookies

A single cookie keeps your wallet-connection state in sync between server and browser so the page doesn't flash "Connect" on every load. No third-party advertising cookies.

Data removal & contact

To remove the wallet-keyed records we hold (referral, bracket), email contact@worldcupprediction.trade from a verifiable channel mentioning the address. localStorage data you can clear yourself in your browser at any time.
