Terms of Use

1. What this site is

worldcupprediction.trade ("the Site") is a non-custodial software interfaceto prediction markets operated by Polymarket on the Polygon blockchain. The Site does not operate markets, hold customer funds, take the other side of any trade, or set prices. Every order you place is signed by your own wallet (or a session key you create) and executed on Polymarket's order book; funds remain in blockchain addresses that only you control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for ensuring that accessing prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction. The Site relies on Polymarket's own eligibility and geographic restrictions; where Polymarket restricts access, those restrictions apply to trades made through this interface too. Do not use the Site to evade any restriction that applies to you.

3. Fees

The Site participates in Polymarket's builder program. A platform fee of between 0% and 1% of trade size may be applied to orders placed through this interface and is always displayed in the trade ticket before you confirm. Polygon network (gas) costs may apply on some flows; many flows are gas-sponsored. Deposits routed via Relay may include bridge/swap fees shown before you confirm.

4. Risks

Prediction-market positions can lose 100% of their value. Prices reflect crowd odds, not guarantees. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart-contract, oracle-resolution, bridge, and market-liquidity risks all apply. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. See Responsible trading.

5. No advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Odds, statistics, leaderboards, and editorial content are informational only.

6. Third-party services

Trading and settlement: Polymarket (their terms govern the markets themselves). Deposits: Relay. Wallets: MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect. The Site is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Free-to-play games

The Bracket Challenge and badges are free promotional games with no entry fee. Scores are graded automatically from public market resolutions; we may amend or end these games at any time.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Site, including market losses, software defects, third-party failures, or data inaccuracies. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA.
